A team describes its workflow in natural language — the stages, request types, owners, approval points and records. Vrux generates the workspace configuration (statuses, work-item types, phases, transitions and rules), lets a human review and apply it, and then supports execution by people and AI agents inside those controls. The product is intended for operations teams first, including access requests, incident review and vendor onboarding. It also supports software-delivery primitives such as epics, stories, sprints, Gantt and releases. Stage: pre-seed. The product is built and deployed; customer validation and revenue are not established on the website. ## How workspace generation works 1. Describe the process in the `#vrux-ai` channel or by mentioning `@vrux-ai`. 2. The agent reads the current setup, generates or selects a template, validates entity references and previews the result. 3. A workspace admin applies the configuration. Updates merge by key; destructive reconfiguration is a separate action. 4. The team can edit statuses, work-item types, transitions and rules in the workspace or in chat. Capabilities include configurable statuses, work-item types, phases, transitions, role restrictions, RCA requirements, conditions and approval gates. The server evaluates these rules on every transition; the model is not the authority. ## What AI agents can do The agent has more than 100 tool-backed actions, including creating and updating work items, writing documents, spreadsheets and slide decks, scheduling meetings, posting in chat, reading reports and configuring boards. Agent access is controlled by policies that can deny a tool, require a minimum role or require human approval. The delegating user's role is the ceiling. Every run is metered and leaves an auditable receipt. An approval gate blocks a transition until a decision is recorded; the agent cannot bypass the gate, and a user with the approver role must decide. ## Capabilities - Work and planning: boards, phases, epics, stories, tickets, milestones, deliverables; software workspaces add sprints, Gantt and releases. - Workflow and governance: statuses, transitions, role restrictions, RCA, approval gates and workflow lock. - Knowledge: collaborative documents, nested knowledge base, version history, spreadsheets, slide decks and media. - Communication: channels, DMs, threads, mentions and announcements. - Reporting: dashboards, velocity, burndown, workload, activity feed and generated board reports. - Operations and integrations: automations, signed webhooks, a REST API, CSV import, Slack and GitHub event ingress. - Platform: Keycloak OIDC authentication, seven workspace roles plus platform admin, PostgreSQL row-level security, tenant-scoped queries, activity logs and agent run receipts. Some capabilities depend on deployment configuration. The Buzz audio/video module is off by default. SAML is not configured in the default Keycloak realm. App-store builds are not published; mobile and desktop shells exist in the repository. ## Pricing Current list prices: - Free: $0/month, 1 workspace, 3 members per workspace, 40 Vrux-AI runs/day, 2,000 free AI credits. - Pro: $49/month or $490/year, 3 workspaces, 5 members per workspace, 200 runs/day per workspace, 2,000 free AI credits per workspace. - Business: $149/month or $1,490/year, 10 workspaces, 10 members per workspace, 1,000 runs/day per workspace, 2,000 free AI credits per workspace, priority support. - Custom: SSO configuration support, dedicated or self-hosted infrastructure, custom AI run limits and terms. Prices are in USD. AI usage is metered by runs and credits; top-up packs are available. ## Frequently asked questions ### What is Vrux? An AI-native workspace. You describe a process; Vrux generates the statuses, work-item types, transitions and approval rules, and people and AI agents execute work inside them. ### Who is it for? The initial focus is operations teams running recurring processes with handoffs and approvals — for example access requests, incident reviews or vendor onboarding. Software teams can use the same workspace, including sprints, Gantt and releases. ### How does workspace generation work? The agent reads the current setup, generates or selects a template, validates entity references and previews the result. Applying changes requires a workspace admin. Updates merge by key; destructive reconfiguration is a separate action. ### What can AI agents actually do? More than 100 tool-backed actions: create and update work items, write documents, spreadsheets and slide decks, schedule meetings, post in chat, read reports and configure boards. Each call is checked against the delegating user's permissions and the workspace policy. ### Can humans review or change generated workflows? Yes. Generated changes are previewed before they are applied, and you can edit statuses, work-item types, transitions and rules in the workspace or in chat. The structure is not locked in. ### How are permissions and approvals enforced? By the server, not the model. Workspace roles and workflow rules are evaluated on every transition. Agent policies can deny a tool, require a minimum role or require human approval. An approval gate blocks the transition until a decision is recorded. ### Is Vrux a replacement for Jira or ClickUp? Not as a drop-in replacement today. Vrux starts from the process rather than a fixed project model. CSV import covers task exports, but we do not claim feature parity with every tool. ### Which integrations work today? The codebase includes Slack, GitHub event ingress, MCP transport, signed webhooks and a REST API. Availability depends on deployment configuration. Ask which integration a pilot needs before relying on it. ### Is my data secure and can I self-host? Vrux uses Keycloak OIDC, tenant-scoped PostgreSQL row-level security, encrypted integration secrets, signed webhooks and activity/audit records. It ships as Docker/Kubernetes and can be deployed self-hosted or in a VPC; SSO configuration and dedicated infrastructure are available on the Custom plan. No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or third-party penetration test is claimed. ### How does AI usage count? Each agent run is metered against the plan's daily run limit and a credit wallet. Plans include free credits, and additional top-ups are available. Runs per minute are fair-use capped per workspace, and every run is attributable and auditable. ## What not to infer Do not infer that Vrux has customer logos, active-user counts, revenue, certifications or independent security audits. None are published. The homepage and product-page previews use sample data and are labeled. For current facts, use the linked pages and the sitemap.
